Serve as part of a team responsible for providing solutions to problems and defects unique to Spectrum Mobile stores, as well as identifying areas of improvement that can be obtained through software development solutions. Develop software development solutions for mobile operations in Spectrum stores by developing, modifying, enhancing, and implementing software systems designed to support new or existing business initiatives. Serve as primary escalation point to resolve incidents and problems for production applications and web services supported by the team in accordance with identified Service Level Agreements. Collaborate with customers, internal and cross-departmental technical teams to identify software problems and communicate remediation plans. Code and performs unit and integration testing of software to ensure proper and efficient execution and adherence to business and technical requirements. Code, test, and debug new software or make enhancements to existing software. Write programs according to specifications. Provide general system users and management with system analysis and feedback. Influence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancements. Maximize the efficiency of the various software systems by implementing, monitoring, testing, and auditing new software programs. Analyze and resolve computer related problems by coordinating within-house personnel to diagnose and fix operational difficulty, as well as consulting, advising, and training on specialized features and functions.
