Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Martinez, California. This role primarily revolves around assisting in the conversion of our accounting system and supporting the team in maintaining financial data accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate data entry into the newly implemented accounting system
• Provide support to the accounting manager by verifying and reconciling financial data
• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for managing and processing accounting transactions
• Maintain and manage Accounts Payable (AP) effectively
• Handle billing-related tasks efficiently. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and processes
• Experience in Billing, with the ability to handle invoices and financial records
• Demonstrated skills in Data Entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the input of financial data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create spreadsheets and use advanced functions
• Knowledge of QuickBooks software, with the ability to manage financial data and create reports
