Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
The Program Manager- Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals works closely with Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) Foundation leadership in designing, implementing and managing a comprehensive, coordinated and effective Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMNH) annual fundraising campaign and calendar of activities. The Program Manager- Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals primary responsibilities are to oversee the development, implementation and coordination of the CMNH program at MCHS Foundation. This individual is the primary contact for local media and holds chief responsibility for national and local sponsor implementation and allocation of CMNH funds with the assistance of Foundation team members.
EDUCATION
For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.
Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field.
Preferred/Optional: None
EXPERIENCE
Minimum Required: Three years of fundraising experience in a professional capacity. Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Preferred/Optional: Five years of fundraising experience in a professional dynamic healthcare environment, experience working with CMN Hospitals. Demonstrated knowledge of Raiser’s Edge software application.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.
Minimum Required: Driver's license awarded by the state of Wiscoinsin with acceptable driving record.
