Administrative Opening in Marshall Missouri for an Industrial Facility
Excellent Opportunity for a hands on Administrative assistant.
Hours: Monday – Friday 7:00 - 5:00pm
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Wages $20.00 -+ per hour
Duration: 10 months+ Seeking Experienced Administrative Assistants with 4 years of hands-on experience.
Job Duties:
Working experience as an administrative and business support representative for managers.
Inbound and outbound scale management.
Will scale trucks in and out.
Greet and safety train visitors.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Extensive computer skills and knowledge of relevant software. Microsoft and SAP.
Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems.
Good interpersonal skills.
Schedules appointments, gives information to callers,
Takes dictation, and otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative and business detail.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Planning and Time management, Multitasking.
Ability to gather and monitor information and think result orientated.
Order office supplies.
Arrange interview times with candidates.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
