Direct Care and Treatment (DCT) is seeking an individual to join our DCT Strategy and Performance Team for an exciting and rewarding opportunity as a DCT Strategy and Performance Data Analyst! This position will be a key member of the DCT Quality Division and will provide support for performance measurement, data compilation, data analytics, and internal and external reporting for the department.
Primary responsibilities:
Develop analytic tools and reports on a regular and ad hoc basis, to support and advance strategy programs, including strategy development processes, strategy, and performance program implementation, and Plan-Do-Study-Act processes.
Conduct data analysis for DCT strategic planning activities and organizational performance activities including Continuous Improvement and Baldridge Framework initiatives.
Measure outcomes, track data to produce dashboards, and perform data analysis for results and retrospectives and programs as needed.
Review literature for relevant background information.
Work collaboratively with staff and leaders to improve DCT’s strategy and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
Three (3) years of data analysis, project management, or database management experience that demonstrates the following:
Experience sorting, collecting, and presenting data from multiple databases or sources.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis sufficient to provide timely analysis and visualizations.
Experience with computer software applications sufficient to create spreadsheets from a variety of sources and compile lists, spreadsheets, and graphs to track projects and activities.
Experience with basic principles, practices, and techniques of database management sufficient to enter and retrieve data for reports.
Experience leading projects, ability to work independently to advance and achieve project execution.
Note: A bachelor’s degree in informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related field may substitute for 1 year of experience. A master’s degree of higher in informatics, information technology, data analytics, economics, or related field may substitute for 2 years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Lean six sigma certification (ex. Green Belt)
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel, Forms, etc.)
Knowledge of Visio and Tableau.
Experience designing and conducting surveys and analyzing results of surveys.
