Our core values have been in place for more than 50 years and continue to influence every aspect of our operation today.So - how can you help us live up to our name?About the RoleWe are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member!This position reports to the VP, Regional Banking at our IncredibleBank branch location in Marquette, MI (Washington Street) and allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:Oversees daily banking services within a retail environment and ensures that Incredible Customer Experience (I.C.E.) franchise behaviors are observed. Partners with branch leadership on hiring, training, developing, scheduling, assigning work to, managing, and reviewing job performance of retail bank staff.Provides strategic leadership, mentoring, and training to team members to attain new customer relationships and retain and grow existing relationships.Individuals will act in the capacity of a customer ambassador for the bank to provide customers with a high-quality experience worthy of our brand.Develops and implements written short-and long-term plans for achieving branch growth, sales, fee income, and service goals. Meets individual sales accountability expectations.Implements workplace strategies for retail banking staff to build efficiency and achieve market profit, performance, and I.C.E. goals.Leads market strategy meetings aimed at identifying new business and referral opportunities throughout Business Banking, Home Lending, and Branch Network Departments.Develops, maintains, and cultivates community and new business contacts with important market sources to enhance bank visibility and maximize business development opportunities.Advises on and accepts consumer and small business loan applications which may include reviewing and gathering information, closing the loan, processing paperwork, and/or following up with the customer as needed.Manages a limited loan portfolio in all markets. Success is measured by complying with the regulatory standards by lending division. Will be responsible for facilitating the internal credit review/analysis process while meeting and delivering I.C.E. standards.Identifies, plans, and facilitates opportunities to host community events and activities.Manages the creation, review, and maintenance of Branch Network procedures.Protects all funds, physical assets, and property of the bank within budget in cooperation with IncredibleBank Facilities and Cyber/IT Security Employees.Directs ongoing compliance and management of all required training and compliance requirements (i.e., CIP, BSA, CTR, SAR, etc.).Upholds the company's policies by maintaining appropriate controls as stated in bank audit procedures to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities.This is a regular full-time, salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week.
