ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (The following statements are intended as general illustrations of the work in this job class and are not all-inclusive to this position.) Deal assigned table games accurately and in a professional manner according to company policies, procedures and in compliance with gaming regulations. Maintain control of the assigned table game at all times. Ensure quality customer service and a favorable gaming experience for customers. Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same. Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED, required Must have excellent mathematical skills Must be at least 18 Years of age. Successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience. Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.
