Position summary

We are looking for a passionate professional, willing to join Nestlé Business Application Support team for Supply Chain area. As part of Business Application Support team, creates deep understanding of opportunities and issues facing the business function and advises on the best solutions. Translates business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into Information System requirements. Plays a key role in specifying, testing and deploying requirements into Information System solutions.

A day in the life …

  • Partners with business and Business Application Support Manager to analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into Information System requirements

  • Executes projects by working in cross – departmental and cross functional teams. Projects target improvements in key business processes, deployment of new ERP developments or rolling out new global solutions in Greece.

  • Configures SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), in a way which meets business projects requirements and other relevant initiatives

  • Actively cooperates with Central / offshore Nestle support functions & IT GR Nestlé team

  • Diagnoses end-user application system-related incidents and takes corrective actions to ensure immediate resolution

  • Performs all actions needed in order to be compliant with Nestlé Standards

What makes you successful

  • University degree, preferably in IT field

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP full cycle implementation including Hellenization as well as experience in project management

  • 3 - 5 years configuring SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules & SAP Material Management (MM) modules

  • Experience in numerous SAP SD/MM implementation projects

  • Experience in gathering and Business requirements and performing System Analysis

  • Skilled in implementing, customizing and maintaining SAP SD/MM

  • Have advanced architectural knowledge of SAP integration

  • Ideally have exposure in S/4 HANA, e-invoicing, e-delivery note

  • Results focus, proactive cooperation, understand business environment, initiative

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and writing skills in Greek & English languages
