Are you detail-oriented with a background in Title Curative work? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in a hybrid role that offers the opportunity to transition from temporary to permanent status. This role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our loan documentation, specifically focusing on the legal descriptions associated with loans.
salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
education: Associate
Responsibilities
Documentation Corrections:
Receive and manage assignments related to correcting documentation on Freedom's loans.
Focus on legal descriptions, handling approximately 10 to 12 requests per month, each requiring meticulous attention to detail and an understanding of the mortgage's legal description.
Closed Loans:
Correct errors on closed loans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and legally sound.
Curative Function:
Identify and resolve any defects or issues affecting the ownership or marketability of a property's title.
Must understand and recognize Title Commitments and legal descriptions.
