Collaborates with the President, Vice President of Operations, Medical Directors, Facilities team, and internal stakeholders in the planning and development of strategies to achieve organizational goals with maximum efficiency. Works collaboratively with Operations and key stakeholders in identifying strategic opportunities. Assists executive leadership in developing, implementing, and managing strategic plans. Serves as a liaison between multi-disciplinary workgroups. Must collaborate with VMG Finance teams and Facilities to support capital expenditures leading to increased growth opportunities. Supports leadership in promoting corporate mission, practice goals, vision and philosophy and cascades all Virtua, VMG and office communications to staff as appropriate.Position Responsibilities:Develops and implements strategic plans relating to the expansion, contraction, and consolidation of VMG services. Serves as a point of contact for VMG department users, Facilities, and other professionals in planning and the execution of projects (new practices, strategic closures, consolidations, etc.).Leads the creation and execution of action plans required to successfully open the new buildings based on VMG Senior Leader priorities and internal VMG space, aesthetic and service standards, scope, schedules, and budgets.Oversees documentation of project outcomes, decisions and deliberative processes and shares knowledge with other performance, quality, process improvement, and operational teams.Manages strategic aspects of projects including organization and scheduling of user groups, communication and coordination of planning efforts to meet scheduled timelines.Promotes open, strategic communication between practice leadership and ancillary departments during project life cycle.Serves as the primary communication link between operational workgroups and VMG leadership regarding change drivers that should and can be implemented as part of the new build or relocation and/or within existing operations.Defines, manages, and improves the processes related to VMG facilities transitions including closures, consolidations, acquisitions and practice location moves.Assist in the preparation of system-wide construction budgets and monitors project performance to remain within financial constraints.Support in the design and construction of all projects, opportunity to manage smaller projects as assigned.Participates in the development and implementation of environment of care and safety/security standards.Manages work implementation and coordination of internal and external constituents involved in project to ensure project completion within time and budget timelines.Position Qualifications Required:Required Experience:Minimum of 5 years of current office management experience in large, high volume and productive medical office setting. Must be knowledgeable in the business of healthcare. Experienced in managing budgets in excess of one million dollars. Proven track record of developing highly productive working relations with Physicians.
