The Qualifying Houses serves female students who reside in single-family homes and attend a central school location for education and therapy. Students are supported and encouraged to be members of their community as they prepare to return home.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct a physical count every 7 to 15 minutes of the students within the assigned living area and record the count on the student check sheet.

  • Documents pertinent information re: student behavior, sleep patterns, occurrences of nightmares, etc.

  • Notifies the unit staff of any unusual incidents or emergency situations.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree or at least 1 year experience working with a similar population.

  • Be at least 21 years of age.

  • Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
