BOM Specialist Duties:

• Utilize Visual ERP system to create, modify, and maintain accurate and consistent multi-level Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Maintain BOMs through rigorous auditing process in alignment with manufacturing engineering to ensure changes are made timely and accurately.
• Communicate cross-functionally with teams including Operations, Sales, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure BOMs have the correct structure, components, and quantities.
• Analyze necessity and impact of changes on cost, production use, inventory values, variances, and cost of goods sold.
• Perform cost analysis, prepare and audit reports, and other related projects as needed utilizing Novaes operating systems and Visual ERP.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or higher preferred but not required.
• Manufacturing, trailer, or equipment construction experience preferred.
• Experience using ERP systems preferred, utilization of BOM processes also helpful.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a timely manner.
• Excellent computer skills required, including experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience understanding complex processes and solving related problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
