We are looking for a bilingual (English and French) Digital Marketing Specialist to create, execute, and report on multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in support of our North American (NORAM) lead generation goals, with specialization in the Canadian market. You will be a part of our digital demand gen family with primary responsibilities of lead gen campaign management, email nurturing and chatbot specialist. But don’t worry, you will touch everything from ABM to SEO. Within each project you will be responsible for everything from creative ideation and copywriting to asset development to campaign management and optimization. Your role in our future - A Day In the Life

  • Responsible for maintaining and updating our core email journeys and weekly single sends for the Canadian market, in both French and English.

  • Contribute to the conceptualization and development of multichannel lead gen campaigns including strategy, themes, research, and project planning. This often consists of repurposing existing U.S. campaigns for the Canadian market.

  • Ensure corporate website (Mail.Quadient.com/ca) content is up to date, the CX is optimized and the content is aligned with lead gen initiatives and champion best practices to maximize lead gen and the overall customer experience.

  • Project Lead for our Canadian Postal Rate Change campaign. Leverage Canada Post, Purolator and other carrier updates to provide thought leadership, build customer loyalty and generate leads.

  • Update and manage existing chatbot playbooks in Drift. Ensure an optimal CX and maximize ROI from the platform. Create new playbooks for campaigns as needed.

  • Conceptualization, copywriting, and project management of digital content including emails, web pages and landing pages as well as blog posts, PDFs, white papers, videos, infographics, and other downloadable, digestible content.

  • Develop and maintain campaign metrics and provide regular reporting and analysis.

  • Communicate the Quadient value proposition to increase brand awareness, generate demand and position Quadient as industry thought leaders.

  • Manage the Canadian edition of our monthly mailing and shipping newsletter Quadient Connections as well as our blog.

Your Profile

  • 4-6 years in a B2B digital marketing lead gen role with specialization in email nurturing, paid media and thought leadership style content marketing.

  • Experience in email campaign creation and management (Eloqua a plus) as well as playbook management in a website chatbot (Drift a plus).

  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing and demand generation trends, direct marketing, consumer psychology and other marketing best practices.

  • Above average copywriting and editorial skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • An adaptive learner with a passion for digital marketing.

  • Self-starter, effective multi-tasker.

  • A natural collaborator.

  • Creative and innovative with the ability to generate new ideas on your own.

  • BA in Digital Marketing or similar field; or relevant experience

  • Basic editing capabilities in programs such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, Video) a plus.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics software such as Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Site Improve, HotJar, Search Console, Facebook, and LinkedIn ad managers, Canva, Bynder, Drupal, GoToWebinar and others.
