The City of Marion Maintenance Custodian in Marion, Ohio
Application Opens: Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Application Closes: UNTIL FILLED Position Location: Marion Senior Center, 2375 Harding Hwy E, Marion, Ohio This is a full-time non-exempt position with a starting pay rate of $14.16/hour. Hourly rate will increase to $18.89/hour upon successful completion of probationary period. This individual will oversee and/or perform the cleaning of the facility. Tends to the furnace and air conditioning equipment. Does routine building maintenance. Maintains the lawn, flowers and outside of the building area. Clears snow and ice from entry ways in winter. Individual is required to have either a high school diploma or GED, as well as a valid Ohio Driver's License. Driver's License must be without restrictions of any privilege to drive at any time and must be free from any requirement of High Risk Liability Insurance. Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, physical examination and drug screen are required prior to employment with the City of Marion.
