Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Marion, Indiana

Shift:

  • 3rd Shift

Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a skilled Robotics Technician to join our 3rd shift team.

  • This role is essential in maintaining and repairing our robotics systems, including Fanuc robots.

  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in PLCs, maintenance, and repair, as well as experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, AC/DC controls circuitry, blueprints, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Fanuc robots and other automated systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with robotics systems, including PLCs, AC/DC controls circuitry, and other components.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.

  • Work with pneumatic and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance.

  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with other team members to support overall operations and production goals.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.

  • Provide support for continuous improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
