SUMMARY:
Perform detailed and complex job functions (ie. normal course of business activities). Investigate and recommend ways to improve efficiencies of daily job activities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor ASNs (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Monitor parts local components shortage/recovery (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Address Receiving needs list / EDI Supplier Issues (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Monitor Finished Good Status / Truck to Truck (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Address component part high scrap / fall-out (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Monitor bank build status (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Abnormal management monitoring (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Customer miss shipment reporting (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Missed shipment log entry (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Forecast review/check (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Weekend Component Check (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Issue LSCAR (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Close LSCAR (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Update/monitor LMSS/PV tasks (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Ramp up/ramp down planning for forecast (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- ST orders/ATC-A orders (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Enter supplier hot parts (Per Assigned Supplier)
- Customer survey completion(Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Supplier Pipeline Simulations (Per Assigned Supplier)
- QCS/Trial Orders (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Customer Expedite Setup (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Ramp up/down status report to cross functional groups (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Ramp up/Ramp down inventory reporting (Per Assigned Line/Commodity)
- Perform other duties as assigned in order to ensure achievement of section, department, or company plan.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of all matters related to ordering (ex: inventory control systems and principles)
- Reporting and data presentation skills
- Ability to lead an effective and productive meeting
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for internal and external contacts
- Capable of systematic problem solving
- Strong organization skills
- Basic math and statistical skills
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and workload

- Strong computer knowledge including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Oracle, and Future 3

- Ability to correct or improve current processes
QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
A Bachelors degree or 5 years related work experience is required
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work generally performed in an office and manufacturing environment requires strict adherence to safety policies and procedures.
