Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating various machinery to ensure the efficient production of our products. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities
Operate coiling machine.
Operate hose puller.
Operate hose accumulator and turntable.
Apply ferrules and inserts to hose coils.
Crimp hose ends.
Operate strapping machine.
Apply retail packaging to products.
Operate automatic box-tapers.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Essential Skills
Experience in production, general labor, packaging, assembly, manufacturing, and warehouse operations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand on your feet for 8+ hours a day.

Work Environment
Our facility is clean and organized, though it is not temperature controlled. It stays cool enough in the summer and does not get extremely hot. We offer three shifts: 1st Shift from 7:00am-3:30pm, 2nd Shift from 3:00pm-11:30pm, and 3rd Shift from 11:00pm-7:30am. Overtime is optional and available on a first-come, first-served basis through a sign-up sheet, with opportunities before and after shifts as well as on weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Marion, Iowa.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.75
