What You’ll Do
Financial Leadership: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance.
Inventory Expertise: Bonus points if you bring inventory management knowledge to streamline and enhance our processes.
Team Management: Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with leadership to shape and execute financial strategies that drive success.
What You Bring
15+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a strong understanding of GAAP.
A proven track record of leading and managing teams.
Inventory experience is a big plus!
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
CPA or MBA preferred but not required.

Requirements
To thrive in this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:
Experience & Education
15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s or CPA plus but not required).
Hands-on experience with inventory management and cost accounting (preferred but not required).
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in GAAP principles and financial reporting.
Expertise in financial systems and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
Leadership & Communication
Proven ability to lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
A strategic mindset to align financial operations with organizational goals.
Additional Qualifications
Experience in a medium-sized business environment, with exposure to scaling operations.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
