While a CDL is not required for workers that operate or repair machinery, workers that drive truck to transport products from fields to storage and machines
from field to field may possess a CDL. Worksite controlled/operated by employer.
Weather conditions at planting, during crop growing, & at harvest greatly impact crop progress. Timing of itinerary is dependent on factors outside employers control & may vary. Emp will provide eff ways of communication at no cost, such as radio transmitter, wireless device, or electronic communication systems, to communicate with persons able to help in case of ER.
Employer may request but cannot require workers to work on their Sabbath. The nature of farm work may require workers to work after dark and possibly weekends depending on weather conditions.
