Here, you will make an impact by:Design, implement, and activate strategies, programs, tradeshows, educational events, digital campaigns, and new product launches adapting assets for the out of hospital, durable medical equipment, and managed care organization settingsInfluences and collaborates with area teams providing insights of local market dynamics, product performances, competitive intelligence, and trends.Collaborates closely with product marketing teams, local sales, clinical and channel teams to best support an omni-channel strategy for the Medical Surgical business.Communicates internally with the local/area functions in an international remote environment, externally with agencies, channel partners and customersYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 8 years of medical marketing or sales related experience in a private, public, government or military healthcare environment.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 12 years of medical marketing or sales related experience in a private, public, government or military healthcare environment.ANDAt least 2 years post-acute hospital experience, specifically in a Managed Care Organization or Durable Medical Equipment supplier in the United StatesAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Strategic mindset, prioritization and analytical skills, problem-solving capabilityDeep knowledge of the out of hospital continuum of care, durable medical equipment suppliers, and payer networksExperience leading cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs and projects aligned with the vision, strategy, and prioritiesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence in a matrix environmentProactive, self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguityHealthcare experience in CanadaFor current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
