Here, you will make an impact by:As Team Leader motivate, coach, and develop team members to ensure achievement of team metrics, forecasts, and goals. Begins to determine priorities, manage work schedules, assign responsibilities, and implement timetables for teams and individuals to ensure success.Ensures all personnel are fully trained in the established procedures and processes for successfully performing their jobs. Conforms to, supports, and enforces all Company policies and procedures. Consistently recognizes and rewards achievers.Complies, analyzes, and monitors reports and provides relevant information to the manager on a regular basis. Identifies opportunities for improvement in internal and external processes. Identifies root-cause and develops action plans to address opportunities.Initiates actions to lead projects, beginning to link project steps to business strategies. Projects are usually short-term with specific results expected, and occasionally broadly defined results. Ensures project objectives and deadlines are met.
