Here, you will make an impact by:Lead/coordinate regulatory operations systems and master data support; organizational subject matter expertLead connection with IT to represent regulatory needs for systems as required; represent design requirements for systemProvide support and expertise as part of the Regulatory organization using knowledge of Global regulatory systems requirements and paths to support achievement of business objectives.Prepare Technical and Regulatory documentation for Consumer Health productsOwn and update regulatory master data as requiredAssure that device listings, import licenses, establishment licenses, and registrations for Consumer Health products are accurate and up to dateAdvise on new regulatory requirements impacting systems and regulatory operationsYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Three (3) years of combined experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Systems, or regulated R&D in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in from an accredited institutionMedical Device Regulatory Affairs experience with FDAEU MDR experienceRegulatory operations experience and process/systems understandingInternational regulatory experienceConsumer experienceIT, master data, or system experience (e.g. SAP, data syndication tools, agency databases, etc.)Ability to interface with regulatory agencies and support auditsProficient in Microsoft Office ToolsWork location:Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Maplewood)Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
