You will be responsible for designing, supporting, and upgrading the enterprise Identity and Access Management technologies and ensuring solutions and processes across the entire 3M Health Care Business Group are successful. Your scope extends through Enterprise systems, Manufacturing, Commercial Products, R&D, Business Development.You are excited about shaping transformation in a large global company; to lay the groundwork for a secure design across a comprehensive footprint such as Identities of employees, third parties, customers, partners, non-human services / machines, IoT devices, servers, applications, network devices, commercially sold medical devices and software, data, cryptography; across environments such as cloud, on-premises, third party hosted, third party managed, and co-location sites.You are a self-driven, hands-on individual who is passionate about IAM technologies, problem solving and strengthening a team. You have gained knowledge and expertise in broad range of cybersecurity domains. You enjoy the technical depth of Identity & Access and apply it across broad range of business needs.As Privileged Access Management Lead Security Engineer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Acting as technical lead for the PAM practice including design, deploy and support.Driving and contributing to the PAM technical roadmaps for the service offering, constantly reviewing best practices and providers.Responsible for conducting and coordinating regular security assessments and audits to verify the integrity of Privileged accounts against best practices.Producing documentation, Knowledge base articles and reporting & improvement of critical metrics.Owning, analyzing, strengthening the overall security posture of the Identity and Access team as well as troubleshooting complex problems in the PAM/IAM space.Designing and participating in security incident response plansStrong communication skills with experience collaborating with many teams to complete projects and resolve issues.Experience with working with external com liance requirements, remediation and reporting for SOX, HIPAAPA, PCI and others.Education and mentoring other team members as well as the user baseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 10 years of Microsoft Identity, Azure, Entra ID, M365, AD experience.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND 14 years of Microsoft Identity, Azure, Entra ID, M365, AD experience.AndIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:7 years expert level experience supporting CyberArk PAM solutions including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM in a large global enterprise.7 years experience working with CyberArk Integrations such as AD, Entra ID or OktaAutomations7 years developing and enforcing internal security policies aligned with external compliance regulations and best practices.5 years experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, Python or JavaScript5 years experience with security protocols/standards such as SSH, RDP, SSL/TLS.2 years supporting CyberArk shared cloud offerings including workflowProven ability to work independently in remote roles with ability to act as a technical lead to others.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Microsoft, Okta, CyberArk CertificationsExperience supporting Okta PAM would be a plusProven ability to work independently in remote roles with ability to act as a technical lead to others.Advanced scripting skills including Python and API calls.Work location:RemoteTravel: May include up to 10%Must be legally authorized to work...Equal Opportunity Employer - minorities/females/veterans/individuals with disabilities/sexual orientation/gender identity
