Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a HCBG Channel Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:Sales leadership to attain sales targets in assigned territory around sales pipeline management, sales analysis & planning, remote customer relationship management, execution of business plan and channel plan and Export GCS Strategic plan.Identify and follow up opportunities with Customers, BGs & Subsidiaries utilizing Salesforce, to maintain a healthy Opportunity PipelineOversee program activity in assigned territory (but not limited to), program launch, on-going maintenance and viability of channel; recommend alternative channel solution, as needed.Adjusts sales plan, prioritizes, and analyzes multiple sales strategies to determine best course of action in changing market conditions.Establishes and maintains solid relationships with int./ext. customers by understanding and identifying their needs for the best outcome and Solventum's competitiveness and provide consultation, analysis, and solutions for internal and external customers using Export GCS playbook.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of Sales Operations and/or Healthcare experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND eleven (11) years of Sales Operations and/or Healthcare experience in a private, public, government or military environmentANDIn addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:Fluent in English and Spanish in a business environmentFour (4) years of sales management experienceAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Three (3) years of cross border business management experienceCustomer communication and overall experiences with excellent communication skillsProven ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teamsStrong critical and organizational skills to gather and analyze requirements from the organization; research and resolve complex problems; and advocate best practices and processes. Ability to manage difficult situations up and down the organizational chart with resiliencyDemonstrated ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Handles non-routine and difficult inquiries. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
