With a diversity of people, global locations, technologies and products, 3M is a place where you can collaborate with other curious, creative 3Mers.This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career.The Impact Youll Make in this RoleAs a Global Aerospace Aftermarket Marketing Manager in AASD, you will drive product activation and sales growth in the Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) segment via impactful product campaigns, channel marketing strategies, market insights and customer collaboration. This role involves working closely with sales teams, product managers, enterprise customer operations and selected partners to drive sales and pipeline building aligned with our business objectivesResponsibilities include:Creation of targeted campaigns and product positioning to maximize impact in the MRO segmentGlobal ownership of Channel Partner Programs for Aerospace MRO. This includes selection and stratification of channel partners which best deliver our value and business objectives as well as engagement mapping between partners and 3M sales reps.Capture and use insights (market, direct sales, POS, partner objectives) to drive efficient growth by developing programs/content for the segmentDevelops marketing programs, tools, support materials and performance targets delivered within a calendar year.Provide relevant analytical insights to portfolio and segment marketers related to buying patterns and portfolio gaps.Ensures brand standards and quality / compliance requirements are followed with all teams, divisions and channel partnersYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelors degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionThree (3) years of business, marketing or technical experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Master's degree in business, engineering or science from an accredited institutionExperience with Aerospace defense or airline/ aerospace aftermarket operations in a private, public, government or military environmentFive (5) years of business and organizational management in a private, public, government or military environmentExperience with engaging with distribution channel partners and sales teams with analytics, insights and campaigns in growing marketsProven experience setting business strategy and translating to actionable objective and tactics to drive growthEffective at leading change and creating strong alignment to priorities throughout a cross-functional organizationDemonstrated history of working and collaborating globally at multiple levels of the organization and with customersWork location:Hybrid (2 days a week)St. Paul, MNTravel: May include up to 25% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially.
