Here, you will make an impact by:Partnering with the Chief Pilot, and the Aviation team to ensure safe flight operations, compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), other Federal and State laws and regulations.Contributing to Solventum's global success as an indispensable resource to the company and its customers and be recognized as the preferred supplier of air transportation.Providing safe, secure, efficient, and comfortable air transportation, which surpasses customer expectations, enhances mobility, and improves productivity while supporting Solventum's global business strategy.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higherORHigh School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND eight (8) years professional corporate aviation experience.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Eight (8) years flight experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAirline Transport Pilot ratingCurrent FAA First Class MedicalFCC Radio LicenseValid US Passport2,500 hours fixed wing flight time1,500 hours fixed wing turbine flight time1,000 hours Pilot in Command flight timeAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Gulfstream G650 Type Rating (or similar large cabin experience).International flight experiencePart 91 corporate flight experienceFlight operations management/leadership experienceLocation: Ft.
