Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a Change Management Leader, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world to shape a new publicly traded healthcare business.This position will lead the enterprise Change Management Center of Excellence function providing guidance and playbooks for initiatives throughout Solventum. Here, you will make an impact by:Lead critical and complex enterprise wide change initiatives.Create standard Solventum Change Management execution approach and playbook applicable to initiatives impacting multiple functions, businesses and geographies and aligned to the Human Resources Change Management approach.Train project leaders/staff on how to apply Change Management practices and best practices within initiatives.Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support major initiatives and projects.Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure smooth transitions.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher AND ten (10) years of experience in change management.ORHigh School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of experience in change management.Additional qualifications that will help you succeed even further in this role include:An advanced degree such as an MBA.Ten (10) or more years of experience in Project Management, Business Operations, and/or Consulting spanning multiple functions, industries, and geographies.Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.Ability to work independently with shown flexibility and organizational awareness.Ability to create, collaborate across & oversee complex projects spanning multiple functions, businesses, and geographies.Decisiveness, exercise good judgment in decisions, organized and ability to prio itize a large workload.Ability to manage resources, programs and multiple projects.Breadth of diverse experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop, and coach others, oversee and guide work to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.Work location: RemoteTravel: May include up to 20% domestic/internationalRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
