This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment where your expertise will contribute directly to production success. Location: Maple Lake, MN Wage: $19 - $21/hr., depending on experience Hours: 6:00 am 4:00 pm, Monday Thursday Hiring Bonus: Earn up to $3,000! Get $1,000 upon hire and $2,000 after 6 months! Benefits of the mold setup technician: Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance $25,000 Company-Paid Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Insurance Long-Term Disability Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Duties of the mold setup technician: Set up molds for production, including balancing, adjusting cycle times, and configuring air as needed. Collaborate with the deck team to ensure smooth production operations. Create and maintain setup and cycle documentation. Troubleshoot and adjust machines to correct problems. Inspect molds for deficiencies and implement improvements. Perform welding tasks to repair molds, including framework and clamps. Requirements of the mold setup technician: 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to detect quality defects. Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Experience with hand and power tools. Welding and forklift experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, sitting, and crawling. Additional information: Apply today!
