Boston Scientific Senior Digital Commerce Manager in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: Boston Scientific Peripheral Interventions (PI) seeks a passionate Senior Digital Commerce Manager to launch and encourage the use of our Digital Commerce platform. Digital Commerce is a strategic focus area at Boston Scientific aimed at improving the customer experience making our company easier to do business with and realize internal efficiencies to accelerate innovation. PI is investing in Digital Commerce given the internal and external demands and based on successes in Endoscopy, Urology, and Electrophysiology. The vision is to introduce the PI line of products through digital commerce and launch it to reps and customers in the second half of 2024. Your responsibilities will include: Build the rollout strategy and execute the launch of the Digital Commerce (focused on eCommerce) platform in close collaboration with the sales team, marketing, and our Digital Commerce partners. Serve as field liaison to encourage adoption and continued use of the platform. Work closely with the Digital Commerce hub team to collect Voice of the Customer and Voice of the Rep and ensure the product meets the requirements of customers, reps, and the PI franchise. Leverage organizational change skills to help PI product teams, reps, and customers understand the benefits and how to work differently for tasks supported by Digital Commerce. Define, measure, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as site usage, new account creations, competitive conversions, engagement, and retention. Drive and execute initiatives to improve KPIs. Work with analytics teams to monitor ROI, create internal dashboards, and deliver short- and long-term insights. Model/forecast growth for revenue and VIPs. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and meaningful communication that brings the organization along for the journey. Understand and support upcoming product launches so they are effectively integrated into the eCommerce site. Monitor developing eCommerce technology trends and competitive landscape to spark ideas for improvement. Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 5+ years experience in digital, product/marketing management, or related field Forward thinking, self-starter, experienced at establishing an innovative and creative culture that is customer centric. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with leadership, product teams and sales teams; Sales experience preferred. Demonstrated success influencing Sales, Marketing, and product delivery team members at all organizational levels. Ability to multi-task, work efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starter, and ability to work independently. Ability to travel, as needed, to customer sites (up to 50% during the pilot phase). Passionate about eCommerce and informed of key trends and innovations in the industry. Strong business acumen and collaborative skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and other divisions.
