Interventional Cardiology Therapies - Sales Compensation Manager Role Summary The Interventional Cardiology Therapies (ICTx) Sales Compensation Manager will lead a team of high-performing individuals responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the sales compensation plans for one of Boston Scientific's most dynamic divisions. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, finance, legal, and human resource teams to design an effective commission structure that aligns with the ICTx divisional objectives and motivates our sales team to perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in sales compensation design & admin, and a track record of driving sales growth through incentive programs. Your Responsibilities include: Leads and develops a high-functioning Compensation team that supports Boston Scientific's ICTx division. Collaborates with sales leadership, finance, marketing, IT in addition to various other sales operations and commercial functions to deliver on commercial strategies and drive a continuous improvement culture. Designs creative solutions for compensation-related programs and incentive plans that span both ICTx as well as the greater Cardiology group. Drives the development, implementation, & administration of compensation programs, policies, and procedures that support commercial strategies & financial objectives. Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation plans, develops actionable insights, and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends, corporate objectives, and overall sales strategy. Researches and recommends compensation best practices, drives improvements to processes & policies, and leads large, complex projects to support strategic initiatives. Ensures timely and accurate compensation administration, pay distribution, & forecasting on a monthly & quarterly basis. Provides field sales management with insights, analysis, reporting, and tools to drive field sales personnel performance. Fosters a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives. Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies/procedures, federal, state, & local compensation laws & regulations What we're looking for in you: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree Minimum 4+ years' experience in finance, compensation, or sales operations Experience leading a team with common vision, capabilities, process, technology, and tasks. Highly motivated, high impact individual with strong technical, analytical and leadership competencies. Strong business acumen and experience interacting with various level of management Experience leading cross functional teams and projects. Demonstrated success driving process improvement, value improvement, and strategic solutions. Knowledge of federal, state and local regulations and compliance requirements related to employee compensation.
