Boston Scientific Principal Specialist, Tech Strategy - Cardiology in Maple Grove, Minnesota

About the role: ThePrincipal Strategist, Commercial Technology and Innovation will discover and deliver processes that create meaningful value for Boston Scientific, our users and customers. In partnership with Sales Training, Sales Operations, IT organization, and US Sales teams, this role is responsible for the execution of projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new digital capabilities and other emerging commercial technologies. This individual will be the responsible for both upstream and downstream innovation and technology strategies for the Cardiology Group Commercial team. Additionally, the individual will help shape the future of the digital transformation across Cardiology. At Boston Scientific we love what we do, and instinctively know how to make work fun. Your responsibilities will include: Own, design and execute tailored strategies and plans that ensures effective adoption of specific tech projects/initiatives, including Stakeholder engagement, Sponsor management, Change Readiness, Marketing, Communications, Coaching, Training, Resistance Management and Transition to Sustainment as it pertains to Salesforce and related commercial technology integrations. Uncover business needs and providing tech recommendations by researching the emerging market of tech tools, ensuring the technologies can be integrated into current processes. Seek new ways to improve and grow sales team performance through new and existing technology and tools. Facilitate workshops, train and coach commercial teams, sponsor leaders to implement change management best practices to engage sellers and marketers and sustainably realize business benefit. Drive behavior through a cadence of accountability with commercial leaders and frontline and executive level leaders. Lead individual and group coaching sessions to ensure adoption of systems and processes. Analyze and understand Salesforce and other digital data in order to implement and reinforce sales execution strategies (organizationally and/or select verticals or segments within the business). Help shape the future of digital sales enablement and other innovative technologies to enable the commercial teams down the path of digital transformation. Develop and maintain an effective governance process focused on providing timely and targeted content for commercial enablement and continuously improving the sales leadership knowledge and engagement with Salesforce.com. Serve as a technology and innovation liaison between senior leaders, field sales managers, and their teams. Forge relationships with cross-functional capability teams to ensure that sales execution programs are consistently implemented, and behaviors are reinforced.
