Job Title : Safety Administrator

Location : Onsite in Manteca, CA (2577 W Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA 95337)

Job Summary : As a Safety Administrator, your role encompasses acting as a liaison between teams, completing various assigned tasks, managing the Learning Management System (LMS) including training assignment and tracking, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Open Sesame, and assisting managers/supervisors in training assignments for drivers. Your contributions are pivotal in maintaining a safety-focused environment, continuous improvement, and effective training management.

Compensation : $18.03-$28.84/year Starting Wages

A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Day in the Job Preview : Managing the Learning Management System (LMS) includes assigning and tracking training, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG Open Sesame, and assisting managers/supervisors in training assignments for drivers.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain the course structure in the LMS for effective Learning Journey management.

  • Map, assign, and monitor training plans for compliance and other regulatory work.

  • Prepare training data, monitor course completion, make improvements, and take action to increase course engagement and completion.

  • Act as a safety liaison between terminals, training, recruiting, and operations personnel.

  • Perform other various tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a CRST background check and drug screen is required.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Ideal Experience & Skillset:

  • Proficient in MS Excel - VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, cleaning up reports/data, etc.

  • Transportation experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Sense of professionalism (timely communication, updated resume, specific examples, punctuality, etc.).
