Pay: $19-20/hour

Hours: M-F 6:00am-2:30pm

What’s a typical day as Brazer/Welder? You’ll be:

• Reading and following engineering drawings, plans, diagrams and work instructions.

• Cutting, bending and brazing copper assemblies based on needs of weekly production schedule.

• Planning brazing steps and placing parts in specified relationship to each other.

• Working on a line where tasks vary from model to model.

• Adhering to manufacturing work instructions and quality requirements.

• Performing quality checks on brazed assemblies at certain points throughout the operation.

• Evacuating, charging and leak-checking refrigeration systems.

• Working at different workstations as production requires.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have experience in brazing and welding (or willingness to learn!)

• Have experience with copper, brass, and stainless steel

• Have a strong attention to detail

• Have good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

• Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Have good communication and problem-solving skills
