General Summary of the Position
Clements Fluids is now hiring motivated individuals for our Plant Technician roles who have the grit and drive necessary to work in a physically demanding role. Typical day will likely include the following responsibilities:
Support senior fluid technicians in product mixing
Monitor and record fluid loss
Manage warehouse operations
Handle chemical loading and unloading
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred but not required. Forklift certification is a plus.

Requirements
Preferred experience in work-over and completion.
Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
Must pass a pre-employment lift test and physical.
Must have a valid and clear driver's license.
This position is a full-time position with rotating hours.
Be able to pass the pre-employment drug tests.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to travel.
The position might require work on location.
