Reyes Holdings Field Facilities Maintenance Technician B in Manor, Texas
Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Field Facilities Maintenance Technician B to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Manor, TX facility. This position requires the ability to travel 60-80% across multiple sites throughout our region.
Shift: Full-Time l Monday-Friday-Day Shift-Needs to be flexible/Occasional weekendsPay: $25-26.00/HR

Position Responsibilities:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, skills including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and building and installing lighting and plumbing
As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain interior and exterior of property by painting, remodeling and repairing amenities
You will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications as well as keep areas clean and organized
You will use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks while also operating forklifts and heavy equipment
You will communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team about repairs and faulty operations
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience
Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds
Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Technical School Certification
