Intern - Controls Engineering Job Functions: Job Summary This position assists in engineering work related to the development, testing, maintenance, and documentation of control systems. These controls systems are made up of PLCs, Ethernet networks, touch screen HMIs and industry specific controllers. Provides assistance with new product development projects as assigned by manager. Other various engineering related tasks may be needed. Job Functions (Essential) Assist the controls team with building simulators Assist with the development of electrical schematics Help with writing test procedures for validating new designs. Complete work according to standard engineering procedures Perform special project as required from time to time Completes work according to standard engineering principles and practices Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
