JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: Pentair has a job opportunity for you! Join us as a Gridline Operator in our Manitowoc, WI facility. You will operate the grid oven, washer, conveyor conveying equipment and tube bender within the parameters set forth by the operating manual(s). Use various fixtures and hand tools in evaporator assembly. Also, lift and move tools, parts and material per prescribed methods. What\'s in it for you? * Starting pay \$23.00/hr with the opportunity to earn \$30+/hour after 12 months! * 11 paid holidays each year (after 90 calendar days of continuous service) * Paid vacation (after 90 calendar days of continuous service) * Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance * 401k with company match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan with company match * Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals More details about the opportunity: * Assemble partitions and evaporators; Inspect and perform minor repair of evaporators. * Produce Evaporators per Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards. * Interpret and apply engineering drawings instructions and standards. * Operate the grid oven, washer, conveyor conveying equipment and tube bender within the parameters set forth by the operating manual(s). * Use various fixtures and hand tools in evaporator assembly. Lift and move tools, parts and material per prescribed methods. Other requirements for this position: * Successfully complete all training required for certification in the Grid Line Operations within 2 months * High school diploma/GED. * 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly in a physical manufacturing environment and equipment operations. * Operate torch for solder repair. * Read and use measuring equipment. 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am (starting Sunday night) Shift hours may slightly vary and may be subject to overtime based on operational requirements. Physical Requirements: Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
