Responsible tochampionand leadcontinuous improvement (CI) by regularly evaluating project management processes and outcomes, identifying areas for enhancement, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all projects. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, project sponsors, and external partners, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. What You\'ll Bring: Bachelor\'s Degreein Business Administration, Project Management, or related field with aminimum of 5 years of experience in project management and team leadership. Proven experience in implementing Hoshin Kanri for strategic planning and alignment is preferred.
