PENTAIR - HEADQUARTERS Customer Service Representative in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Description: This person will work independently operating a multi-line telephone switchboard, greet, and direct visitors to appropriate departments, enter purchase orders and process rebuy claims on a monthly basis. This position reports directly to the Manager of Customer Service and will be based out of our facility in Manitowoc, WI. You will: Operate multi-line telephone switchboard. Transfer calls to appropriate person or department. Provide outstanding/world class customer service. Must be a team player. Key Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one-year previous customer service/switchboard operator experience are required. Must have excellent communications skills. Accurate and detail oriented Ability to resourcefully use telephone, computer, printer, copy machine and multi-line switchboard. Proficiency in typing and electronic filing Knowledge of computer software systems Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment required by company policy for job being performed.
