ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for this role include the following.
Machine Qualification, Installation, and Service
Equipment installation and Servicing Visits (which include domestic and international travel.
Uncrating, assembling, wiring, and setting up the machine Testing and commissioning of machines in the field and training of operators and maintenance personnel Reporting and follow-up, as set forth by OLE standards Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues and routine maintenance Diagnosing/troubleshooting issues (both mechanically and electrically) Performing routine maintenance to ONLINE machines
Electrical work: Field wiring Panel assembly
Mechanical Assembly Other hands-on involvement where necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
Electrical Knowledge Mechanical Skills PLC programming and software a plus
General: Conduct business in a professional manner Basic computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, & email Accuracy Must demonstrate solid oral and written communication skills A sense of dedication that enables a person to work independently, seeing each task through completion, while maintaining a high level of quality and confidentiality.
