Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Learning Production Specialist to support J&J Learn Programs. This position is based in Manilla, Philippines.
As a Learning Production Specialist, you will be an integral part of the J&J Learn Global Service Center's learning and development ecosystem, which empowers employees to shape balanced careers. In this role, you will coordinate and support all aspects of onsite and virtual learning production delivery. This includes anticipating unforeseen issues, evaluating, and implementing logistical best practices, and contributing wherever needed. You will help create an exceptional learning experience while upholding White Globe service standards and global learning expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the onsite and virtual operations subject matter expert and primary point of contact for coordinating and producing J&J programs. This includes understanding the needs of course owners, handling the end-to-end delivery process, and addressing any logistical challenges that arise.
Handle and support all logistical activities for events, including room booking, agenda planning, material shipping, and catering arrangements. Ensure smooth execution during pre-event, event, and post-event phases, and conduct comprehensive post-event reviews.
Document key logistical processes and compile relevant data for internal use, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
Establish and maintain partnerships with key contacts at various sites, such as catering, IT, and facilities teams, to ensure effective coordination and support for events.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with ambassadors and HR team members across regions, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment with global program goals.
Ensure a high-quality, engaging experience for all participants by handling the event ambiance, overseeing the quality of presentation materials, and fostering positive interactions throughout the event.
Support the development and adherence to J&J marketing and design standards in materials, including banners and leaflets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
Produce Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) sessions, handling tasks such as attendance tracking, running interactive tools (e.g., breakout rooms, polls), answering chat queries, generating and distributing session links, troubleshooting, and supporting facilitators.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including health and safety standards, and respect cultural considerations in all event activities.
Identify and address critical gaps and areas for improvement in enterprise systems to enhance the overall learner experience.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required.
Prior experience in leading and supporting training programs, both onsite and virtually, is crucial.
Experience in organizing events, including logistical planning and coordination.
Proficiency in tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or other VILT platforms, including handling breakout rooms, polls, and chat functions.
Experience with LMS platforms for course management, registration, and tracking is helpful.
Ability to compile and analyze data, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups, including course owners, participants, and team members across regions.
Capability to anticipate and address unforeseen issues, ensuring smooth program delivery.
Precision in managing logistical details and documentation.
Skills in managing projects, timelines, and resources efficiently is preferred.
Cultural awareness, including understanding and respecting cultural differences, particularly in a global setting.
Compliance knowledge, including familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory requirements relevant to event management and program delivery.
Ability and willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and sporadic weekends.
Certifications in logistics, learning and performance, or project management are desired.
