Responsibilities
Research all notices returned by USPS using applicable vetted websites (NIC, Google Maps, YellowPages, and other specialty searches sites)
Conducts phone calls to verify the information given in Internet Reseach versus the information on the record.
Ensures accurate verification to use as basis whether the notice can be resent or denied
Follow instructions for entering complete research notes and make appropriate record disposition and recommendation
Review and response on pushback records from Approval based on the process guidelines
Attends required training on process updates as scheduled.
