Brady Corporation Sr. Sales Data Analyst in Manheim, Pennsylvania
What We Need:
We’re looking for a curious, data-driven analyst to help grow our Healthcare and People Solutions product line. As a key member of the HPS Sales analytics team, you’ll provide valuable market, customer and data insights to our US sales organization, while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.

What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting problem solving and data outputs, visualizations, point of sale and commissions processing. You’ll help with the creation of key metrics to enhance business understanding of current performance and support forecasting solutions in both standard and ad hoc formats. The Senior Sales Data Analyst role interacts with all areas of the business, including regional and global personnel in product management, finance, sales, customer service, engineering, IT and management.
Responsibilities include:
Analyzing sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement. Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to sales leadership.
Supporting our Point of Sale and commissions calculation process
Assisting with data cleansing, mining, visualization and program development across a variety of data platforms
Evaluating and streamlining sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Helping maintain business rules and data governance
Performing analysis to help the data team identify opportunities and risks in potential cross functional business cases
Integrating reports, audits, and processes in various business systems
Maintaining a conversational knowledge of the product lines within Brady
Build visualizations and reporting for sales initiatives
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
Bachelor's Degree in a technical, financial, or mathematics field
Experience in leadership or mentorship roles
7+ years of experience in data analytics
Ability to work effectively within a team and across processes
Ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines
Knowledge in Tableau, Power BI, Com, SQL
