Breast Surgeon - NYU Langone Health - SUFFOLK COUNTY - Long Island - New York

We are actively seeking a breast surgeon to join our faculty and our growing practice in Suffolk County. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of large team of experts in the field, and a key provider within a nationally recognized, top-quality, patient-centered network. With a physical location in Patchogue, this position will include a faculty rank of assistant, associate, or full professor, commensurate with experience and achievements.

NYU Langone Health Faculty Group Practice (FGP) is a group of more than 3,500 physicians across a rapidly growing portfolio of sites in the New York boroughs, Long Island, and South Florida, owned and operated as part of NYU Langone Health and the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. We're building a platform for evidence-based healthcare and disease prevention at the neighborhood level, with centers offering comprehensive care services-including on-site X-Ray and phlebotomy-in one, convenient patient experience. In addition to our growing network of ambulatory facilities, our patients can access a wide range of highly specialized medical and surgical care at our hospital campuses.

When you join us, a designated team will work with you to build relationships in the network and help you access the world-class care resources and practice-changing research available at NYU Langone Health.

Compensation: $325-$375K

The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.

The ideal candidate is a licensed, board-certified, breast surgery fellowship-trained breast surgeon who is comfortable providing excellent care while helping to build an outstanding breast surgery program in the Long Island community.

Additional training in an ACS fellowship is highly desired. You must be motivated, able to work collaboratively with other members of the team, and offer strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills reflective of a top-ranked healthcare system.
