Meadowlark in Manhattan, Kansas is currently seeking a Registered Nurse to fill their full time, Clinical Coordinator position. The Clinical Coordinator provides clinical leadership to the households ensuring that the mission, vision, and values of the organization are supported through the clinical services given. The Clinical Coordinator participates in planning, organizing, directing and facilitating the operations of the household, ensuring regulatory compliance while nurturing a person-centered and resident-directed culture. The Clinical Coordinator provides each resident with professional licensed nursing assessments and evaluations, works with Household Coordinators and coordinates their care with other household team members. Experience: Minimum three (3) years of similar experience and/or education required. The Clinical Coordinator is expected to have acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to perform the job satisfactorily in accordance with current standards, guidelines, and regulations. Education: Registered Nurse license recognized by the State of Kansas. Certification Requirements: RN license, and current CPR card are required. Once on-board applicant will be sent to training to obtain MDS certification. This is a salaried exempt position. Work Hours: Residents and guests require 24-hour a day care; so, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required. Primary work hours are varying (typically M-F 8:30am-5:00pm) but are subject to change depending upon the needs of residents and household teams. The Clinical Coordinator is on an on-call rotation and subject to emergency call outs on short notice. Adjustments to the schedule are made to accommodate these demands when necessary.
