Job Description
Serves as an inventory Liaison between end-user departments and product vendors. Coordinates receipt, distribution, collection, and return of products for the hospital.
Job Responsibility
1.Coordinates the receipt, distribution, collection, and return of surgical hardware and instrumentation for the Main OR and Clinics -
2.Monitors real-time inventory levels of surgical hardware and instrumentation and advises end-users and Supervisor regarding readiness and/or issues.
3.Communicates and coordinates with end-users, vendor team and Supervisor to facilitate timely product deliveryof surgical hardware and instrumentation.
4.Receives and stocks surgical hardware and instrumentation inventory from offsite facility for use in surgical cases; clears unsterile inventory from the OR and prepares for delivery and processing at offsite facility.
- Maintains quality and integrity of sterile surgical hardware and instrumentation stored onsite.
6.Prioritizes, monitors and communicates with offsite facility the real-time turnarounds and delivery of required surgical hardware and instrumentation upon request to ensure/optimize day-of-need inventory levels.
7.Utilizes web based tracking systems for surgical trays and instruments inventory management.
8.Performs related duties, as requested. ADA Essential Functions
Job Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent, required. College or additional formal education in inventory coordination and customer services, preferred.
1-2 years experience preferred

The salary range for this position is $36,980-$55,690/year
