Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Operations, in the domain of Provider Data Governance to join our growing team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in developing, implementing, and maintaining our provider data governance framework. In addition, you will act as primary business principal for the Salesforce ProviderNet application. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of provider data across the organization, enabling us to make informed business decisions and improve operational efficiency in access and online searchability. This includes a leadership role in shaping the health and success of our enterprise-wide distributed data management program.
Job Responsibility
ProviderNet - Program Management
Support NHPP and ASO business leads in the Salesforce ProviderNet deployment.
Enterprise SME on provider data, stakeholder involvement and data-use for the business, as well as history.
Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive provider data governance framework with three working committees.
Writing and maintain all procedures (SOPs), standards, and guidelines, version control and continuous review.
Maintain the Communication Management Plan.
Maintain Intranet Pages + Copywriting.
Maintenance and Oversight of the Training hub.
Design and lead the training programs/plan on provider data governance principles and best practices for the business.
Design and lead the user training program/plan for the application with CRM Operations Department.
Design and oversee the communication management plan for the campaign and new-user plan.
Design and oversee the Salesforce ProviderNet User Engagement Plan.
Maintenance and Oversite of the Salesforce ProviderNet End-user myRecognition program.
Maintain program dashboards, metric and reporting plans.
Establish and manage data quality monitoring processes to identify, track, and remediate provider data quality issues.
Lead the development and design collaborative implementation models to deploy data quality improvement initiatives.
Lead a new workgroup to conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and trends.
ProviderNet - Program Development & Optimization
Oversee the health and success of the enterprise distributed data management program, ensuring alignment with overall data governance strategy. This includes:
Defining program scope, objectives, and success metrics.
Consulting with business teams across the enterprise to recruit, on-board and engage new data manager segments.
Developing and managing program plans and timelines.
Facilitate workgroup meetings with Product Teams and the Business.
Identifying and mitigating program risks and issues.
Coordinate Salesforce ProviderNet data-use across downstream systems/teams (represent ProviderNet) (ex. Epic)
Communicating program status and progress to stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to define and document provider data requirements, business rules. This includes working closely with technical teams on discovery requirements related to Salesforce ProviderNet to ensure alignment with data governance principles.
Prepare and deliver executive-level reports on the state of provider data governance, including key metrics, risks, and opportunities. This includes tailoring reports to address specific business needs and support data-driven decision-making.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
8-12 years of relevant experience and 7+ years of leadership / management experience, required.
7+ years of experience in a data governance role, with a focus on provider data.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executive leadership.
Proven experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex data management initiatives.
Experience with data quality management tools and techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or similar certification is a plus.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
The salary range for this position is $121,200-$212,100/year
