Robert Half has an opening for a Receptionist with our client in the construction/contractor industry. This position is located in Mandeville, Louisiana. The Receptionist will play a crucial part in maintaining smooth office operations. The employment opportunity is on a short-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring effective communication with customers

• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and providing necessary information

• Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail

• Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and detail-oriented responses

• Utilize interpersonal skills to foster a positive working environment

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various administrative tasks

• Maintain an organized filing system for easy access and retrieval of documents

• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient time management and coordination

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system
