In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To manage customer communication to ensure that pertinent laws, rules, regulations, policies, and programs are explained and upheld.

  • To develop and implement controls, processes, and procedures that are needed within the organization that pertain to the industry segment to increase revenues, prevent inefficiencies, and contain costs.

  • To perform staffing projections complementing work volume growth and forecast.

  • To conduct the ICOE Leaders’ Council to address issues and concerns, improve processes, and others.

  • To align with the corresponding process owner (e.g., HR, Facilities, Safety, OPEX, Finance, etc.) in the communication of policies, programs, and decisions that affect employees.

  • To monitor budget creation, tracking, and cost recovery for the ICOE operations and support the operational budgeting activities to help implement cost-saving initiatives.

  • To implement new and expanded business operations and service solutions to improve Manila's position as a premier investment site.

Who You Are:

You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You efficiently align the interests of multiple, diverse partners. You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner. You build and implement plans that allocate resources accurately. You show a tremendous amount of initiative in tough situations and are outstanding at spotting and seizing opportunities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Administration, HR Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • 8-10 years of industry experience in HR, Administration, Operations Management, IT Resource Center, or Shared Services.

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in a 150-300+ headcount organization.

  • Experience in discharging people management roles, especially recruitment and retention strategies.

  • Experience working with global teams and systems.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Master of Business Administration is a plus.
