Accenture Customer Service Senior Analyst in Mandaluyong, Philippines
• Responsible for management of the fibre optic network acceptance queue and assigning relevant analysis tasks to available senior resources • Intake of all vendor test results and TOPs, and identifying specific workflow for analysis to be progressed • Performing analysis where applicable and/or escalating to senior resources as needed. • Continuous coordination with senior analyst resources and field engineers on ticket status updates • Serve as primary vendor manager to ensure correct vendor deliveries for transport system and POP build based on signed contract. Escalate up vendor management chains as necessary if delivery time lines are at risk or inaccuracies are found on vendor deliverables. • Perform test and turn up processes (w/ troubleshoot) for customer acceptance with vendors upon install completion. • Documenting final route details in inventory tools as needed.
